3. Payment Terms

All quoted prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables and custom-developed code become the property of the client. TechPlatformWorks retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechPlatformWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seville, Spain.

If you cancel a project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments, minus a 5% administrative fee.

3. Partial Refunds

For projects in progress, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. milestone-based billing ensures you only pay for completed phases.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party licenses, domain registrations, and hosting fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable. These are clearly itemized in project proposals.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of service delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
